Farmer products such as: vegetables, fruits, berries, herbs, nuts, flowers, plants, meat, poultry, eggs, and dairy products can be sold at CPFM. These products are seasonal and therefore will not remain consistent throughout the market season!
Locally Produced
Food Products
CPFM also encourages applicants that grow or make: locally roasted coffee, cheese, preserves, baked goods, locally farmed meats (including sausage, smoked meats, cured meats, etc). All processed foods must have a label with the product name, ingredients, weight, price, and vendor information. Sampling is encouraged.

Prepared Foods
On-site prepared foods (food truck, food cart or tent) are welcome. Prepared food businesses must comply and be approved by the Denver County Health Department. All necessary licensing and permits will need to be approved by CPFM prior to your first day at the market. See more about requirements from the City of Denver here.
